  2. All these pictures..!! Beautiful Seema!! And how do you manage to cook briyani without the rice sticking together? 😒 i tried a few times n its always sticky 😞
    This is the first time I’m seeing the twins (sorry but just started following you) Cuties they are..😍

    1. Hey Sweety, welcome to my space. You can pan fry the rice grain in a spoon of butter until all the moisture is gone and then cook the rice. Or else add a tsp of oil and a few drops of lemon juice or vinegar while boiling rice. And also as soon as the rice is done, spread it in a wide tray or plates and let it cool down to room temperature. This helps in preventing the rice from cooking further due to the heat and helps in keeping the grains separate.
