… having last night’s leftover biryani for breakfast
… when you drool over a dish on FB on the way back home and you have all the ingredients to cook it for dinner
… Your kids making the shopping list and carrying it along to tick the items that have been loaded on to the cart
… pairing steaming hot dosas with leftover Prasadi Mangsho for breakfast
… manifold when you meet (albeit virtually) 30 of your school friends after 13 long years. It’s amazing how how you can hit it off like a house on fire!
… sibling love! When Mannu’s knees are wounded due to a fall, Tammu jumps at every opportunity to take extra care of her.
… Cooking in colourful cookware
… Seeing the seeds you sowed sprout

Hey Sweety, welcome to my space. You can pan fry the rice grain in a spoon of butter until all the moisture is gone and then cook the rice. Or else add a tsp of oil and a few drops of lemon juice or vinegar while boiling rice. And also as soon as the rice is done, spread it in a wide tray or plates and let it cool down to room temperature. This helps in preventing the rice from cooking further due to the heat and helps in keeping the grains separate.
Thanks Sweety. Hope to see you around often
